My Personal Bio:
Hi! My name is Judy. The best way to reach me is by emailing me at Judy@JoyfulFitness.com.
I'm passionate about health and fitness, but I haven't always been. I'd love to help you start down the same road I took. It's all about finding joy and improving ourselves every single day!
In fact, that's what my screen name (cani) stands for...Constant And Never ending Improvement! That's what this is all about! Just improve one little thing at a time, and before you know it you'll be bouncing off the walls with energy and be happier than you have been in YEARS!!! At least that's what happened to me! :-)
I'd like to welcome you to Million Dollar Body! I've been a member of this community for almost 3 years, and I love it! I've met so many awe inspiring people here, and SO many people have supported me through thick and thin!
I've tried many of the fitness programs (Slim in 6, Power 90, Turbo Jam, P90X, and Hip Hop Abs), and I love them all for very different reasons. Working out to a DVD is the perfect solution for me. Who wants to drive to an overcrowded gym anyway?
If you'd like to try one, email me, and I can help you decide which one is the right workout for you. They all have a 30 day money back guarantee, so there is no risk involved!
You can also become a member of this AWESOME community of fit minded people, and there are several options for you!
First of all, you can play the MDB game for free and have a chance to win $300 to $1000 a day! No strings attached! I've won $300 myself in this game!
Secondly, you can become a member of the MDB club and have access to live chats with the trainers and a really cool tool to use to get a handle on your nutrition. It even will print out a grocery list for you!
Finally, if you like to help people, you can become a coach with me. You don't have to be an expert, just someone who enjoys helping others. My goal is to build a team of coaches who are positive and who LOVE to support others and HAVE FUN!!! If you'd like to take part in that with me, email me and we can talk (no pressure whatsoever)! :-)
Whatever you decide, you'll have a blast here! If there is anything I can help you with, please feel free to email me at Judy@JoyfulFitness.com.

My Transformation Story:
New years resolutions…every year…like millions of others…mine was “Get into shape”.
Well when I was making my 2007 resolutions, I thought “How pathetic! I’ve had that same resolution for the past 10 years!” I started to think of all the energy I spent starting and stopping my progress towards this goal, and something clicked. This year I HAD to make this happen, or I would never take it on as a resolution again!
That put the pressure on, and all of a sudden I was on the search for everything and anything I could think of that would help me finally achieve this goal in 2007.
I think my main motivation to do it this year was my Dad. In September of 2006 he had several strokes. He was lucky. He has some damage from them, but at least he can still function at home. Yet, it's still hard to see someone you love...someone who took care of you all your life...deteriorate like that.
I purchased P90X shortly after my Dad’s stroke, but I still didn't commit to it! It wasn't until I was making my New Year's resolutions at the end of 2006 that I made a true decision (cutting myself off from any other possibility).
I vowed to do everything and anything to change. The first thing I did was get back on the message boards because I know that hanging out there works for me. It’s like having a whole community of fitness minded people to “hang out with”.
It was about that time that I decided to become a MDB coach too. Walking the talk...that was my motivation there.
After living my whole life saying that "I'm not a runner", I competed in my first race in May. Instead of a 5K as I had planned (3.1 miles), I did a 5 mile race! And I didn't come in last! LOL! ;)
The biggest and the best thing I've done so far this year was to go to Tony Horton's fitness camp at the beginning of July! What an awesome, life altering experience!!!
I’m now down to the same weight that I was in college…over 20 years ago! I'm still on my journey. I'll never stop. I'll just continue to improve one thing at a time. That's what my screen name stands for "Constant And Never-ending Improvement". :)
Here are my biggest motivators:
* To end 2007 in the best shape of my life so that I could actually move on to something else for the resolutions next year. ;)
* To live a long life and stay as healthy, active, and flexible as possible...way into my 90's and beyond!
* In August of 2007. I’m beginning my third round of the X! My new motivation there will be to take my fitness and my body to the next level and find that six pack!!!
