My Personal Bio:

Hi, my name is Valerie Waugaman. Some of you may know me as 'SIREN' from 'American Gladiators'on NBC. Siren is my alter ego, but Green Goddess is my inner superhero. In reality, my goals are to inspire millions to reach for their dreams. And, to help teach kids to empower themselves by fueling their bodies and minds with nutritious foods and regular exercise. It's important that our kid's start on a path to good health by establishing habits that will empower them at a young age as well as set them up for a healthy, fulfilling future.

As a Beachbody Coach my goal is to help you choose a life of intentional excellence. To help you realize you can DREAM BIG and live out your wildest dreams, improve your personal development, your body composition, or whatever goals you have set for yourself. I am committed to helping you energetically, enthusiastically charge after your goals by turning up your personal power and skyrocketing your confidence.

I've been an athlete my entire life and spent the last 3 years as an IFBB Professional Figure Athlete competing on stage with some of the most talented women physique athletes in the world.

While I was competing, I used P90X as one of the foundations of my training to attain my lean physique. Ab Ripper X is my favorite...... as Tony says, "I hate it... but I love it!"


Once I retired from the professional figure tour to focus on 'American Gladiators', I found myself struggling to find the time to get to the gym. P90X was the perfect solution for me.

I became a Beachbody Coach because I believe so strongly in the products and the mission of the company. I know how good the workout programs are because I've experienced them.
