My Personal Bio:
I am a stay at home mom, with two girls and a P90X crazy husband. I like to bake and decorate cakes, Astronomy and LOVE step aerobics and weights. I love to talk and share success and failures with others. I also love to motivate and help in anything I can with the knowledge I have gained.
I became a TeamBeachbody Coach because I know I can do so much more by helping others. And I mean it!! I want to be more than your coach! I want to be your friend!! To help and motivate you so that you can achieve your goals, just like I have! THIS IS A JOURNEY THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE ALONE!

My Transformation Story:
I lost 20 lbs and firmed up with Cathe Friedrich. I wanted to take another route for a little while to try out something different and really focus on getting bigger muscles.
I have completed two rounds of P90X and one round of P90X+. I have toned and firmed up with these wonderful workouts! I have the muscles I wanted and can do even more If I put my mind to it. I've had two C-sections, and still was able to accomplish a nice, firm abs.
Its now always easy but if we just keep pushing play, we will get it done!
I am 40 years old but I will not let age or anything define who I am or what I can do! With the best of my ability and health, I will keep pressing forward for a healthier, happier, better me!
