My Personal Bio:

I am a 48 year old Mother of 2 boy's 25 and 26 years old. Grandma of 2 one girl 2 1/2 one boy 1 year. I am married to a wonderful man named Phil. And I hope to get him on the videos to. I used to be a Fitness Technician for several years, but my husband moved his Business to another state and I stopped working. I am a very self motivated person and have been working out on my own. When my step daughter Christy told me about being a coach for MDB I thought this would be right up my alley. I walk-jog almost every day. Lift weights 3-4 times a week and do alot of stretching. But I am still about 10 lbs. over. Being 48 and premenopausal I feel it is very important to work out and eat right. These two things go hand in hand. I know my metabolism has slowed down. I used to be able to eat anything I wanted and not gain wt. Working out also helps with my mental state. That is why I want to be a coach for Million Dollar Body Program. Being a 48 year old grandmother who works out almost every day using P90X as well as walking or jogging and watching my nutrition carefully, I know firsthand the benefits of an active healthy lifestyle. Although heart disease runs on both sides of my family, tests continue to indicate that I am healthy and disease free. My Transformation Story:

My body is for sure starting to get toned and firm. I feel so much more stronger since I started P90X.

I in 30 days using P90X DVDs, I am amazed at the progress that I have made. I am fitter, stronger, more flexible and feel better than I have in years. I want to lose 10 pounds and I am half way there already! I am now adding some nutrition products to my program. I did it and it was fun. I feel great.

I think my metabolism has rived up by using P90X and Turbo Jam and eating a more healthy diet. I didn't think that I could get under 120 but I did. I have never felt better.
2/21/08 I continue to tone and keep my wt. at 114-116. I feel so good about what I am doing. I will never stop.
