My Personal Bio:
Being a 42 year old mother of twins, being a wife and having a career that requires a serious time committment, I have always put exercising last on my list of accomplishments in any given day. However, I have noticed that my problem areas (midsection) have become more difficult to tone. My diet has always been relatively healthy, but if there is chocolate or something "really good", I can't resist just taking a little to try....which leads to just a little more. I work with an amazing group of people, who are serious exercise enthusiasts and they look fantastic. However, one day when I was walking up a set of stairs and I was winded at the top, I decided it was time to commit myself to getting in shape. So recently, I started using Power 90 and what a difference I feel (in just a short time). It really targets the areas that are obvious (stomach) and also hits the areas I didn't even pay attention to. By getting up just 1/2 hour earlier every morning, it has allowed me the time to have a great workout. I now look foward to exercising and I m excited about the transformation.
