My name is Lauren and I struggle with FOOD! I want to transform my body back to what its original design was. I am also an Independent Team BeachBody Coach and this is now my full time job. I m a musician at heart, but love TECHY stuff...I am a MAC freak, I grew up skating and BMX/Freestyle, I love the Beatles, Foo Fighters, Delirious? and Chicago? hahahaha...
I am hitting the 10 minute trainer videos and they are NOT an easy 10 minutes. The goal is to build up strength and step up to the P90X one day!
