My Personal Bio:
I am an ACE certified personal trainer, certified spin instructor, wife to the most awesome man in the world, mother of two beautiful girls and former competitive natural bodybuilder. I owe everything I am and everything I have to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!! Even though I am a personal trainer and know just what to do to get fit I hit a plateau and my husband suggested that we start on the P90X program which we have been following with great success. I am amazed at the results that I have gotten with this program and would recommend it to anyone who wants to work out hard and get as fit as they possibly can. Following Tony Hortons routines are fun and challenging. Being a former gym rat I must say I never thought that I could get such an awesome workout at home and see tremendous results doing so. I look forward to my workouts and am so excited to tell people about this program and all the other wonderful video series that MDB offers and help others reach their fitness goals . Working out CAN be FUN and living a healthy lifestyle is so very rewarding!!!
My Transformation Story:
I did the P90X program for 90 days. The toughest thing for me to do was to find the time to do the workouts. I DID find the time and then trying to keep up the same pace with everyone was challenging at first but got easier as I got stronger. I enjoy the variety in the program and look forward to my workouts. I thought that working out in my basement was going to be boring and I wouldn't enjoy it but I was so wrong! I am now starting the program all over again!
The nutrition guide was very helpful and I loved making some of the recipes! The hardest thing was cutting back on my peanut butter intake! I'm still struggling with that one but at least I'm not going through a whole jar every single day now!
