My Personal Bio:

My name is Mason Bendewald and I'm a director and producer. I've directed over 50 workout videos for Beachbody over the past 7 years, most recently P90X, P90X+ 10 Minute Trainer, and One On One. Besides enjoying the production side of what I do - I’ve become a bit a fitness expert, become a Beachbody Coach and gotten in amazing shape. I’m 41 now but consistently told I look like I’m in my 30’s. I moved my production company from the east coast to Los Angeles after I started working for Beachbody and haven’t looked back since. I’m also working on a documentary about orphans from Africa that should be completed in 2008 and I’m a photographer as well. My Transformation Story:

When I first met Beachbody CEO, Carl Daikeler many years ago I was in my thirties. I had a “soft roll of goo” around my mid section that I thought was pretty normal for my age. “These things just start to happen as you get older” I used to tell myself. But then I got the opportunity to work with Carl and Beachbody - I’m not the kind of guy to tout a product without believing in it so I decided to do the Beachbody cornerstone workout - Power90. And it worked! The next step was P90X (Power90 Extremem) If you’ve seen the P90X infomercial running you might have caught my before and after in it - it’s the real deal. The photos are untouched. It took discipline and a little bit of good ol fashion hard work. I’ve been in the best shape of my life now for the past 6 years! Tony Horton is 9 years older then me and he’s still in better shape so I’m not done yet but I can say it sure feels good where I am already.
