My Personal Bio:

Congratulations! You've made a big decision to get healthy. A very important decision, too. As YOUR coach, I am here to help you reach your goals. A little bit about me: I am 36 and happily married in Las Vegas. I use to be a couch potato who lived for junk-food carbs. I always say "chocolate was my poison". I would do whatever I needed to get my fix. I worked up to getting my eating habits under control and exercised but I was spending way too much money on the gym memberships and it seemed like a complete chore getting there for classes. And lets not forget to mention the equipment I've purchased over the years. A small fortune spent on equipment that ended up in the garage. My business colleague and friend (who's my MDB Coach) approached me about the opportunity to coach others about leading a healthier lifetstyle and if I wanted, I could turn it into my business. So, I joined as a Coach. I also bought Shaun T's HHA and some products. I just love the workouts. What's so great about MDB is that it's NOTHING like the other products and clubs out there. It's no pressure, great products (I LOVE the P90X Peak Performance Bars and I also take Activit Fat Burning Formula). The WOWY community is amazing. I can't wait to go home and workout each night knowing there are others from all over working out at the same time I am working out and we all keep each other motivated.
