My Personal Bio:

Im excited to have recently become involved in BeachBody and the amazing community they have created. My whole life has been dedicated to sports, working out, and eating a very healthy diet. But not until the summers of 1995-96' when I coached a swim team ages 5-18, that I realized I could make an impact with my sports knowledge and good attitude. Since then Ive attempted to find a way to once again share my knowledge and spread the joy of being fit and healthy. BeachBody has given me this long sought after opportunity. Im anxious to share all of my knowledge especially my forte, which is the art of longevity, and good sports psycholgy. Everyone that knows me proclaims that Im very outgoing, friendly and ready to be helpful. My family and friends thought it was a fantastic idea for me to "get involved". Additionally Im always ready to give others credit for their hard work and inspiration. Great athletes can inspire others but so can the average person that overcomes obsticals to make great life changes. Ive been inspired my whole life by these people. My Transformation Story:

Im a well seasoned athlete and coach and took an interest in sports at a very young age. In high school I learned the value of team work and hard training while competing on both the swimming and track teams, eventually becoming captain of the swim team. I continued to hone those skills while attending Ohio University from 1993-1998, where I competed on the water polo team. Once again excelling as a leader I was voted in as captain. Additionally, during the summers of 1995-97 I coached a local swim team to two championships and competed in the Garden State Games with the Rutgers University water polo team, winning a silver medal. Upon graduating college in 1998 with a BS in Biology I went on to work in the field of environmental remediation. Over the past decade personal workouts and fitness have remained a priority in my life and I began to take an interest in the study of sports psychology. Upon realizing that fitness has always been my calling, I decided to join forces with my wife, Laura McFadden, who operates Pilates/fitness programs at Alliance for Wellness in Manhawkin, NJ. I recently completed the Power Pilates Mat certification program in Philadelphia and started teaching classes. Additionally, in February I successfully completed the Personal Trainer Certification program (AFAA) in Raritan, NJ.
Although fitness has always been important to me, so has music. I started playing guitar at age 7 and completed seven years of classicla training. I have been performing in various rock bands for the last ten years and have had some local success. Which included songs being played on commercial radio stations. Im currently putting together a new band and hope to be performing again soon.
Until I was introduced to BeachBody and P90X, my workout entailed running 3 miles three days a week and lifting weights three days a week.
My real transformation started on January 28th when I began the P90X program along with the suggested diet.
