My Personal Bio:
I have been lifting for quite a few years now but the motivation has been
sporadic. I've already lost 25 lbs., but my goal is to finally go the distance
and lose the rest of the weight I need to lose.
Lifting has always been a motivation for me, but dieting is important and I
need to focus on that in order to lose all of the weight I need to lose. We'll
see what happens, but I'm going to go all the way. I've never considered
myself "fat", but simply hiding the truth is not working. I'm going to get into
the best shape of my life and being accountable to my friends and family as
well as people here will keep me motivated and focused.
Cardio is definitely the key and maintaining a schedule is vital to success.
Making a life style change is my goal.
